Jackie is a native of Northwest Ohio. He and his wife, Erin, have three daughters and 4 cats.
Jackie is an Army veteran who grew up in a small agricultural community, with a graduating high school class of only 65 people. He left his rural town to attend The Ohio State University and its ROTC program. Following graduation, he was commissioned an Officer in the United States Army, Field Artillery and served for six years before enrolling in law school at Capital University. There, he decided to focus his practice to elder law, VA and estate planning, due to a desire to continue serving his community.
