A recent Gallup Poll shows that while the average age of retirement has risen steadily, it’s the youngest of the Baby Boomers who plan to work the longest. One in 10, of these younger Boomers, say they don’t plan on ever retiring. The strongest drive to work long into the Golden Years seems to be financial, while some just can’t imagine a day without work.
